Your Association is teaming up with the community of Carmichael for a great July 4th event!  Come out and enjoy the festivities on the 4th!  Event starts at 1600 hrs with a family friendly day of live music,  good food, dunk tank, a free kids zone, Root Beer Garden, Touchtone Tale Theater for the kids, and at 2115hrs, Fireworks!!! Citrus Heights Relay for Life Cancer walk was June 7-8. Metro Fire Team Raised over 10K in one day with a Shave for a Cure hair cut day for Firefighter/Captain Jim Peterson. Special Thanks to Paul and Jim Fisher, logistics, and Adam House and Mark Van Brunt for walking over 8 hours with her. Engine and Truck 23 woke up at 3am to walk. Tracey Valentine walked 52 miles in 24 hours for Cancer and for Jim. There were several friends and family who came out to walk with her: She would have went home at 4am if it were not for Coach Armstrong. Click on the camera for more pics.
